Infant Feeding, Tongue Tie Support, Antenatal & Postnatal Support
I am passionate about providing families with up to date, evidence-based information which empower parents to make informed choices. Whether you choose to breastfeed, express or formula feed (or a combination of all), I will be there to offer non judgemental advice and support.
I have 8 years experience practicing as a Frenulotomy Specialist Midwife in the NHS. I decided to offer a private service as I understand and appreciate the wait for an appointment may be too long to wait when parents are keen to overcome the difficulties they are experiencing feeding their baby.

Tongue Tie Services
Private Tongue Tie Assessment & Division
This includes a holistic feeding assessment, observation, advice, recommendations, division and ongoing feeding support for 1 month via phone/email
Support services for twins
We offer both breastfeeding and tongue tie help for twins. We offer a 2 hour lactation consultation at home. We can perform tongue-tie assessments for both twins if necessary
Re-division of scar tissue consultation
This is a consultation assessing for scar tissue following a previous frenulotomy performed by myself. The full fee (£195/£245) will be required if I have not assessed your baby previously.
Breastfeeding Services
Initial Full Lactation Consultation
I will observe, advise, offer recommendations based on the latest evidence based practice, support you with your infant feeding issues in the comfort of your own home
1 Hour Lactation
Follow Up
Providing ongoing advice and support to enable you to have a happy and healthy feeding journey with your baby. This can be done in the comfort of your home or at a clinic
Antenatal Feeding Education Session
Topics include, antenatal colostrum harvesting, how to initiate & establish breastfeeding, positioning and attachment, normal feeding behaviours, expressing and storing breastmilk
Intensive Breastfeeding Support
For mothers wanting additional, intensive support, we offer an enhanced breastfeeding package. This includes daily visits for 7 consecutive days and includes a tongue-tie assessment (division is an additional £100)
Postnatal Services and Support
After baby is born, I am here to help you adjust to life with a new baby, helping with feeding and baby care as well as caring for mum both physically and emotionally. I’m here to support you and offer a range of postnatal services
Antenatal Colostrum Harvesting
Colostrum is the Antibody rich first milk that mothers produce from around 20 weeks’ gestation and for the first three days after birth. Antenatal Colostrum Harvesting is collected into a Colostrum Syringe from 36 weeks’ gestation and can be stored in a freezer until your baby is born or up to 6 months

Parent Education Classes
Our parent education classes aim to prepare expectant parents for pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
I provide this information over 3 sessions that are held in your home.
Virtual Consultation
1 hour virtual consultation discussing your needs and finding solutions to help you achieve your feeding goal. Advice on how to establish breastfeeding or overcome any feeding difficulties you may be experiencing.
Virtual Consultation Limitations
There are limitations to virtual feeding support as I am unable to assess your baby’s mouth and tongue. If you are concerned that your baby may have a tongue tie, I would strongly recommend a face to face appointment
Cancellations
Please be aware I require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Should you give less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation you will incur a cancellation fee. I reserve the right to charge for appointments that are unattended without notice. Should you reschedule your appointment, with less than 24 hours notice, your account will be charged and the fee may be applied to a future booking. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me serve all my clients efficiently.
