Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes, plans change, and you need to cancel your package of care with us. We will always treat you as an individual and look at each case carefully. Our aim is to be fair to you, not charging you for any care you have not had. Below, we have outlined the framework we use to guide this process.
- Please be aware, if you cancel a booked appointment with less than 24hrs notice, you will not be refunded.
- All of our appointments are typically booked at short notice. Appointments are in high demand and usually within a few days of booking. If you accept the appointment, this is then reserved for you and not available to another family. You must make payment within 4 hours. Payment is by bank transfer. If you have not paid within 4 hours, your appointment will be cancelled and offered to someone else.
- If you change your mind and cancel your appointment, you will not be refunded.
- If you need to cancel your appointment for exceptional reasons (for example, your baby is admitted to the hospital) I will offer you an alternative appointment
- In the very rare circumstance when I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, I will offer you an alternative and/or a full refund
