Confidentiality
In some circumstances, I may record what is happening and verbalise my assessment and recommendations to you. This is so I can focus 100% on providing you with the best possible care, whilst also maintaining an accurate record of events. Afterwards, this recording will be transcribed within 48hrs and emailed to you. It will then be deleted. I respect your confidentiality and will not share information about you other than in the following circumstances:
- Another provider (for example a hospital or your GP) is involved in your care and I need to share information with them, for the safety and well-being of you and/or your baby.
- I have a legal requirement to share information – for example when there are safeguarding concerns.
- As part of an investigation into my practice, an external regulatory body (for example the NMC or CQC) may need to see your clinical notes.
- If you raise concerns about your care, I may share information as part of the ensuing investigation into those concerns with Clinical Governance Support Services (CGS) who will investigate any complaint, concern or clinical incident

I will not sell your information to third parties. I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. As a CQC registered practitioner, I am registered with the ICO to ensure any medical records I create, be that digital, electronic or written, are stored safely, appropriately and legally.
I value feedback from clients to help me continually improve my services. I use CGS to collect impartial feedback on my behalf. This gives you confidence that my excellent results are unbiased. After your appointment you will receive an email from CGS with a brief client survey from.
